Game Concept

Orizuru 

(Ori "folded" - Tsuru "crane")

The goal of the game is to collect as many paper cranes as you can. The more you collect, the more wishes you can make at the end of the game. This game takes place in a fun paper-like world that emulates origami with cute and simple aesthetics. 

To play the game, the player tilts his or her phone in order to move the crane character from side to side. As more points are accumulated, the speed of the game will pick up to challenge the player. Different colored cranes denote a different value. The player also has to watch out for obstacles, such as the red paper airplanes.

Our goal is to create a wonderfully stylistic game that embodies the beauty of origami art while supporting refined game mechanics to give the player a fun and rewarding mobile game experience.
